Your wallet signs everything.
Parabolic is non-custodial software. Read this before you launch or trade.
Non-custodialParabolic never holds your assets. Every launch, buy, sell, claim and forum post is a transaction your own wallet signs and submits to Arc. There is no account balance held by Parabolic, no withdrawal queue, and no one at Parabolic who can move your coins.
IrreversibleTransactions on Arc are final in under a second and cannot be reversed by Parabolic or anyone else. Check the coin, the amount and the price impact before you sign.
Locked liquidityWhen a coin graduates, its liquidity is minted into a full-range Uniswap v4 position held by a locker contract with no withdrawal function. Parabolic cannot unlock it.
User-created coinsCoins are created by users and are experimental. Similar names or images can belong to unrelated coins. Parabolic does not review, endorse or verify any coin, and lists them as they appear on-chain.
VolatilityPrices on a bonding curve and in a pool can move quickly and liquidity can be thin. A coin can lose all of its value. Displayed prices, market caps and estimates are indicative, not guarantees of execution.
FeesA 1% fee is charged on the quote leg of every curve and pool trade and split between the creator, the protocol and the buyback vault, as fixed at launch. A launch fee of $1 in USDC is charged when a coin is created. Arc network gas is separate and paid in USDC.
No adviceNothing on Parabolic is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is an offer to sell securities. Parabolic provides software and an interface to public smart contracts.
InfrastructureSmart contracts, wallets, RPC nodes and indexers can fail or be delayed. Availability of the Parabolic interface is not guaranteed. The contracts remain usable directly on Arc without it.
ComplianceArc enforces Circle's USDC blocklist at the protocol level. Addresses subject to it cannot transact on Arc, including on Parabolic. You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to you.
AttributionParabolic's contracts are a fork of the open-source pons launchpad contracts (MIT), ported to Arc. Parabolic is independent of pons and of Circle.
