One power outlives a launch and we name it rather than deny it: the protocol owner can redirect a coin's creator-fee stream, and only by proposing it on chain and waiting three days first.
No pause. No contract below has a pause switch: nothing lets anyone stop a trade, a sell or an escrow claim. The owner can close new launches and set the terms of the next one, and those levers are named here rather than denied.
