What the Parabolic interface sees, what it keeps, and what it never touches.

Who we areParabolic ("we") operates the interface at parabolic.family. Contact: contact@parabolic.family. [OPERATING ENTITY and ADDRESS — to be added when the entity is chosen.]

What Parabolic isA non-custodial interface to public smart contracts on the Arc network. We never hold your assets or your private keys. Everything you do on-chain is public by design and is not controlled by us.

What we collect

On-chain data is public: wallet addresses, transactions, coins created, memos and forum posts. We index it to display it; we did not create it and cannot delete it from the chain.
Interface data: when you use the site we may process your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate country, for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. Theme preference and a referral code you arrive with are stored in your browser's local storage.
Wallet connection: your wallet address when you connect. We do not receive your seed phrase or private key.
Communications: anything you send to our support address.
We do not run KYC and do not collect names, identity documents, or payment cards.

Cookies and storageOnly strictly necessary storage (theme, wallet-connection state, referral code). Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and uses no cross-site identifier; we see aggregate counts, not you.

Why we process itTo run and secure the interface, to comply with law (including sanctions screening obligations that apply to us), and to improve the product using aggregate statistics. Legal bases under the GDPR: legitimate interests and legal obligation.

SharingInfrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, indexing) process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires.

RetentionInterface logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes, then deleted or aggregated. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

Your rightsDepending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of personal data we hold. Contact contact@parabolic.family. We cannot alter or remove on-chain data.

International transfersOur providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

ChildrenThe interface is not directed at anyone under 18.

ChangesWe will post changes here with a new date.
